Speaking of Ehime, it's sea bream! In addition to the sea bream dishes, we have prepared a course that includes specialties from all over Ehime Prefecture, such as charcoal-grilled Matsuyama chicken, a brand of local chicken from Matsuyama, senzanki, a local dish from Imabari, and jakoten, a specialty of Uwajima.
